TIMETABLES, ROUTES, SERVICE AND CONDITIONS 

BUS 

High Season (winter) from 01/09 to 31/05
• Service timetable (First and last departure): 09:30 – 18:30
• The start time is the time of departure from the start of the route and the end time is the time that services end at the terminus.
• Service frequency will be every 20 minutes from Monday to Sunday; this may be affected by traffic conditions.

Low Season (summer) from 01/06 to 31/08
• Service timetable (First and last departure): 09:30 – 18:30
• The start time is the time of departure from the start of the route and the end time is the time that services end at the terminus.
• Service frequency will be every 30 minutes from Monday to Sunday; this may be affected by traffic conditions.

TRAIN

High Season (winter) from 01/09 to 31/05
• Service timetable (First and last departure): 09:30 – 18:40
• The start time is the time of departure from the start of the route and the end time is the time that services end at the terminus.
• Service frequency will be every 22 minutes from Monday to Sunday; this may be affected by traffic conditions.

Low Season (summer) from 01/06 to 31/08
• Service timetable (First and last departure): 09:30 – 18:40
• The start time is the time of departure from the start of the route and the end time is the time that services end at the terminus.
• Service frequency will be every 44 minutes from Monday to Sunday; this may be affected by traffic conditions.

APPLICABLE TO BUS AND TRAIN

The ticket is valid for the bus or train route for 1 or 2 days, depending on the selectec option.

• Both the one-day ticket and the ticket for two consecutive days give passengers access to the Santa Cruz de Tenerife “Tenerife City View” tourist bus/train, provided that there are free seats, and upon presentation of a ticket that is valid for that day.
The ticket includes a guided walking tour of the old town of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, free for all users of the service, and free entrance to the Palmetum and Casa del Carnaval for all users of the service; bus stop number 10 and train stop numbers 5 and 6.
The ticket must be retained for the duration of the journey, as it may be required by company staff at any time. Passengers that lose their ticket will not be allowed to access or continue the service.
Tickets can be purchased on buses, at hotels and travel agencies, in the Tenerife City View information centre and on its website tenerifecityview.com, as well as through other available sales channels.
Disabled access: Vehicules are adapted for people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

For their safety, passengers must remain seated throughout the journey.
Passengers are strictly forbidden from:

·         Getting out of their seats while the vehicle is in motion
·         Raising any object above the height of their head
·         Adopting positions other than sitting in their seats while the vehicle is in motion
·         Throwing any type of object or packaging onto public streets
·         No pets are allowed on board except guide dogs.

Days on which the service cannot run due to traffic interruptions will be communicated by means of announcements at the stops.
Bad weather or service interruptions caused by any event/cause beyond the control of UTE Santa Cruz de Tenerife City View will not entitle passengers to a refund of the cost of the ticket.
